Tom Papa Evansville reviews
show start time not listed on ticke
The ticket should have clearly stated show at 8, doors at x time. I missed most of the Damned's set because the ticket wrongly indicated the show time as "8pm" without specifying it wasn't the doors open time. My whole experience was pretty dismal as I was there mainly for the Damned. The Damned's sound was pretty bad, unlike Tom Papa's much better sound. This tactic is used to prevent the headliner from stealing the show, which I find incredibly lame and results in a terrible show. I only saw 3 songs by the Damned.
